Update your fleet's Biofouling Management Plan in accordance with the requirements of IMO Resolution MEPC.378(80) adopted on 07 July, 2023. Australia has already implemented the new Biofouling Regulations with Mandatory pre-arrival reporting requirements at Australian ports.
